❎ 𝟯-𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗺 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗱: Once you sign up, you have to commit to membership at IHB for at least 3 months. After 3 months, you can cancel or downgrade.

⏯ 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗽𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽: You cannot pause membership: You may only downgrade or cancel with 30 day notice (after minimum commitment period)
